The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with Chicago-Soft.; 1820 E Edgewood Drive #103, Lakeland, Florida 33803 for the purpose of funding software program license renewals. Based on market research, and Government experts in the field, it has been determined that only this license renewal can be facilitated to Network Solutions Center due to proprietary and configuration access.

The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
