NSN: 5342-01-369-0894, Weapon System Resilient Mount, used primarily on the (MYA) BAE /AH CAT 1 MRAP.  One approved source listed as Stewart and Stevenson, CAGE: 0FW39, P/N: 12417625 in accordance with DWG NR 19207 12417325, AMEND NR B, DATED 06 AUG 04.  Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination, FOB at Destination.  Critical Application Item.  This NSN TYPE I Shelf-Life (96 MOS), Configuration Control, and MIL STD.  Requested delivery is in 148 Days.  Ship-to locations in the Continental US.  This NSN is not coded as Commercial off the Shelf, and is NOT CSI.  Surge and Sustainment does not apply to this procurement.  The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and 4 one-year options.  Solicited as Unrestricted using the procedures of Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1).  Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) which is 555 EA for the base and option years.  The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 139 EA and applies to the base year only.  The following quantities apply to the base and option years: Minimum Stock Delivery Order 139 EA, Maximum Stock Delivery Order 555 EA, and the Maximum Total Contract Quantity is 5,545 EA.  The estimated solicitation open date is 12/16/2011.  The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.   A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited on the Request for Proposal.  From the DIBBS homepage, select "Requests for Proposal (RFP)/ Invitation for BID (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations".  Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.  RFPs are in the Portable Document Format (PDF).  To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.  This software is available for free download at: http://www.adobe.com.  A paper copy of this solicitation will not be made available to requestors.
