The City of Sanford, Florida, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, invites interested, licensed and qualified firms to submit competitive sealed proposals in response to Myrtle Avenue Streetscape – IFB 20/21-26 as outlined in the bidding documents. The Work includes the removal of the existing asphalt street and construction of new brick street, storm sewer (15”- 42”), inlets, manholes, concrete parking, street lights, benches, landscape, and irrigation along 1300-ft (+/-) of Myrtle Ave. from 3rd St. to Fulton St. and along 300-ft (+/-) of 2nd St. from Myrtle Ave. to Oak Ave. in downtown Sanford.
