The National Park Service, WASO Denver, 4801A Urbana Pike, Frederick, MD, 21704, is soliciting proposals for all labor, items, articles, materials, delivery, equipment, tools, and operations to provide interior scaffolding at Ford's Theatre, Washington, D.C., in accordance with the specifications and drawings identified in the Solicitation. The estimated construction range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A tentative date for the Preproposal Conference and Site Visit is scheduled for February 25th at 10:00 am, EST; however the issued Solicitation shall be checked to verify the final date. The meeting will be held at Ford¿s Theatre, Washington, D.C. Offerors shall verify date and time in the final solicitation package. All work shall be done under a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The Government anticipates award of the Contract on or before April 29, 2021. Proposals will be evaluated by the Technical Evaluation Panel using the Evaluation Criteria and assigned weights identified in Sections L and M of the Solicitation.
