Bill Hefner Veterans Affairs Medical Center 1601 Brenner Avenue Salisbury, NC 28144. Maintenance includes: 1. Availability of patches, updates, enhancements, and new versions of the software covered. 2. Access to the Driver Download web page for updated and new drivers. 3. Access to the Language Locale web page for updated and new language locale. 4. Individual username and password access to Customer Web Portal (CWP). 5. Allows creation and tracking of support request. 6. Includes a Knowledge Base. 7. Opportunity to join any of the email notification services. 8. Optional participation in IMLink allowing proactive and real-time monitoring of the system. Request Non- emergency support 9AM to 8PM EST Mon-Friday and 24X7X365 emergency support. This request will be from contract award date to Sept 30, 2012. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
