Work will consist of providing all labor, qualified supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies and incidentals for installation of a Pellet Boiler Heating System and construction of an addition to house the pellet boiler at Belvedere Complex, MABI NHP, Woodstock, Vermont The major elements of work include: 1. Building demolition; 2. Construction of an addition (about 185 SF) to house the pellet boiler, equipment and storage, including reinforced concrete foundations, wood framing, insulation, finishes and copper roofing systems. 3.
