The following questions and answers are provided in relation to the RCTA Data Drop project:

Q1. Are fiber optic cables going to be installed in or between any of the buildings?
A1. There is already fiber between all buildings.

Q2. Can you elaborate on the section that pertains to the warranty? How many years? Is the warranty between the contractor and military or Manufacturer and the military?
A2. Warranty would include the company's ability to respond to regular/emergency instances where equipment installed by said company fails. Period of warranty would be what is offered by the company.

Q3. Is there any voice (phone) termination in any of these buildings?
A3. One of the purposes of this rewire is to convert all connections to data. Voice will be handled through Voice over IP.

Q4. Are there existing cable support systems in the ceiling of the buildings listed in this scope of work?
A4. No. The buildings have dropped ceilings and company would be responsible for installing cable according to industry standard.

Q5. Is there a third party that is responsible for the 20 amp or less receptacle?
A5. No. This should be handled by company that is awarded the contract.
