This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Procure and install a ship lifting system to support the Synchrolift operation at the Ras El Tin Naval Base, Alexandria, Egypt. The ship lifting system shall be current, meeting 2013 standards, but will include parts, equipment and material
previously procured by the U.S. Government. Period of performance is 180 calander days.
