1. This project includes: Procurement of equipment,installation, user training, warranties, and service agreements to the complete system.

2. The intent is to have a complete integrated system of audio/video resources. These resources must also ensure consistent quality volume control, video quality and user-friendly execution of system operations.

3. These services will be used in a class/conference room setting for 1-8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

4. Audio/Video media must be user friendly with a high degree of user friendly capability.

5. Simplicity must be at such a level that any user will be able to simply enter the class/conference room and turn on the computer and projector to execute operations.

6. Site is to be the highest professional aesthetic Standards.

7. A pre-solicitation conference will be held on April 22nd 2009 from 9AM-11AM. The conference will be held at Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, AR in the conference room of building 7102. The purpose of the conference is to discuss with potential vendors and answer any questions concerning the above requirement.

8. The conference will also include a site vist of the areas where the installation will occur.

9. Those attending should be prepared to move between two locations that are about a mile apart to view each site where installation will occur.

10. A copy of the solicitation will be ready in about a couple of days after the Site Visit.

11. This requirement will be awarded based on Price and Best Value.

12 Service Contract Act will apply to this requirement.
