The requirement is for two (2) Mart Tornado 40 Parts Washers and two (2) Mart EQ-1 Wastewater Processing Systems to replace the existing Mart Tornado 40 Parts Washers and Mart EQ-1 Wastewater Processing Systems. Stingray Manufacturing, LLC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and is the only known source that can provide the required Mart Tornado 40 Parts Washers and Mart EQ-1 Wastewater Processing Systems.
This requirement is issued in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13.5, and is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N00253-16-T-0341 and is attached to this announcement. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price (FFP) supply type contract.
This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 333318 and has a size standard of 1,000 Employees. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The Government will consider all responses received prior to the closing date of this combined synopsis/solicitation. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
