Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport (NUWC Keyport) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). A firm fixed priced contract will be issued to Stingray Manufacturing, LLC, DBA Stingray Parts Washers, 2450 Adie Road, Maryland Heights, MO 63043-3504 for the purchase of one (1) Mart Tornado 40 Parts Washer. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation number issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N0025318Q0248 and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) are included in the attached solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 333318 and has a size standard of 1,000. The Government prefers FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Detachment Keyport, Submarine Torpedo Intermediate Maintenance Activity (IMA) Pearl Harbor, Ewa Beach HI 96706-3381.
