Solicitation N00421-18-Q-0504 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name Sole Source basis under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13.  Synchro-to-Digital Circuit Card Assemblies must be exact be North Atlantic Industries  P/N: 64SD1-06KSP2-63. North Atlantic Industries holds proprietary data rights for the SDC CCA. This is the only known part that meets form, fit and function requirements. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.  This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
