Responses to this Sources Notice shall also include: company name, address, point of contact, and size of business: - Does your company have an FSS contract with GSA or the NAC or are you a contract holder with NASA SEWP or any other federal contract? If so, please provide the contract type and number. - Please indicate the size status and representations of your business, such as but not limited to: Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) with an active registration in VETBIZ, HUBZone, Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), Small Business, Large Business, etc.). NOTES If found that there is only one manufacturer/supplier that can meet this requirement, an intent to sole source RFQ will be posted.
