This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C24421Q1227. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06 effective 12 July 2021, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). The NAICS Code is Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors and the PSC Code is N059 Installation Of Equipment- Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components and the business size standard is $16.5 million. The Coatesville, PA Contracting Office is seeking to purchase services to replace and install a new UPS System for the Coatesville VAMC, Coatesville, PA. The Statement of Work (SOW) is provided as Attachment 1. Service Contract Act Wage Determination No. 2015-5791 Rev 15 dated 21 July 2021, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is included with this solicitation as Attachments #2. All offerors are advised to pay careful attention to the quote submission instructions as there are very specific instructions as what is required to be provided.
