In order to be considered eligible for the award of the job order resulting from this solicitation, the offeror must have executed the current MASTER AGREMENT FOR BOAT REPAIR AND ALTERATION OF VESSELS: AGREEMENT FOR BOAT REPAIR (ABR). If not previously executed, adequate time must exist to allow for the proper assessment of the contractor’s ABR application and execution of the agreement without impact to the vessel’s availability dates. Should adequate time not exist, the offeror will not be eligible for the award of a job order under this solicitation.
