This is a notice of intent to increase the ceiling of contract N65236-00-D-3814 for engineering support services to support programs including: ATC, RADIAC, meterology, navigation and environmental systems, visual and infrared sensor systems, undersea warfare, ship systems integration, the Integrated Product Center, and the Joint Ops Technology Center. The increase is required to provide support for requirements for the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Charleston for the period of 01 NOV 2002 through 27 MAY 2003. The increase is being conducted on a sole source basis with Eagan McAllister Associates, Lexington, MD. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This sole source increase will be issued pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, as the current contractor is the only known source able to satisfy the agency's need for continuity of services during this time period.
