SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston issues this synopsis to revise the Government’s requirement under Solicitation N65236-06-R-0812 via Amendment 0001. SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to award a sole source type contract to purchase 19 each 5U shock mounted cases (ECS Part Number 22381), and 38 each 9U shock mounted cases (ECS Part Number 22383). These ECS cases must be compatible with those currently in use, which employ an ECS interlocking system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 326199 and the size standard is 500 employees. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources meeting the Government’s requirement are invited to submit a proposal that will be considered. The amendment and any documents related to this procurement will be on the SPAWAR E-Commerce Website: https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil. Each offeror is responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any related amendments, and subsequently downloading their own copy of the solicitation and applicable documents.
