SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic intends to issue a sole source modification toexisting contract N65236-07-D-5120, which was awarded on a full and open competition basis, to DRS Systems, Inc., Parsippany, N.J. The contract, expires 22 August 2012, provides for a satellite-based internet-broadband service and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) network in support of deployed military personnel.
