THE SPECIAL NOTICE POSTED 02 NOVEMBER 2010, ASSOCIATED WITH CONTRACT NUMBERN65236-07-D-5884, IS NO LONGER VALID. SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic intends to issue a sole source modification to existing contract N65236-07-D-5884, which was awarded on a full and open competitive basis, to M.C. Dean, Inc., Dulles, VA. The contract expires 5 April 2012. The contract provides systems engineering, procurement, integration, systems integration, maintenance and technical support services for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) initiatives and programs supported by the SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic, European Office.
