1. The 60th Contracting Squadron, Travis AFB, CA, is seeking person(s) to operate a Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Juice and Beverage concession inside Travis AFB Fitness Center, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number NAF_Juice_04 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 446191 with a size standard not to exceed $14.0 million (U.S.). This combined synopsis/solicitation is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the United States Air Force. The Government is NOT liable for any costs and/or activity associated with providing a response to this announcement. Any costs incurred as a result of a response to this announcement shall be borne by the firm and will not be charged to the government for reimbursement.

2. The Clauses, General and Special Provisions, Articles (Concessionaire Contract ), Statement of Work, and RFQ applicable to this synosis and the resultant contract are attached. 3. Description: This requirement is to operate a Juice and Beverage concession at Travis AFB Fitness Center for a base period to begin on or about 21 Nov 2013 through 30 Apr 2014 with four (4) possible extension/option years.

4. The Concessionaire will pay the NAFI a monthly fee.

5. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Price and past performance are the evaluation factors.

6. Interested parties capable of meeting this requirement MUST submit a written quote to include their company or individual name, complete address and phone number, tax identification number (TIN), and DUNS and CAGE code. Oral quotes will not be accepted. All responses that meet the criteria contained within will be considered. Written quotes must be received no later than 14 Nov 2013, 3:30 p.m. Pacific Time and reference the solicitation listed above. Late quotes/offers may not be considered.
