The vendor shall be responsible for destroying large amounts of seized narcotics and other seized material in an environmentally safe disposal system. Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format set forth in Federal Acquisitions Regulation, Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
