The objective is to purchase a narrow aisle reach Forklift to help Excess Property perform their daily tasks. Excess Property needs to replace their old 1987 narrow aisle reach fork as the battery no longer holds a charge. The forklift is needed to move pallets inside and outside to the loading dock and put and pull down skids from their warehouse area as well as the covered area.

Please review the attached STANDARD FORM 1449 for complete requirements, and terms and conditions for this solicitation.

Quotes shall include:
1) Specifications for the proposed forklift.
2) signed standard form 1449
3) Lead time for delivery

Quotes that do not provide forklift specifications shall result in the quote to be determined non-responsive.

All quotations must clearly demonstrate compliance with the CLIN structure and this solicitation. All quotations must be firm fixed price for each CLIN.

SHIPPING is FOB Destination in one (1) single delivery during regular NIST business hours, unless otherwise agreed by the Point of Contacts (POCs).
FOB Destination means: The Contractor shall pack and mark the shipment in conformance with carrier requirements, deliver the shipment in good order and condition to the point of delivery specified in the purchase order, be responsible for any loss of and/or damage to the goods occurring before receipt and acceptance of the shipment by the consignee at the delivery point specified in the purchase order; and pay all charges to the specified point of delivery.
