NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, Virginia requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing toll coverage for a NAVFAC owned vehicles such as semi-truck tractor, bus, sedan, pickup truck, van, trailers etc. and transponder toll coverage throughout the continental United States (lower 48 states), excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
