The Federal Bureau of Prisons Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of a Native American Spiritual Guide for the inmate population at the United Stated Penitentiary located in Leavenworth, Kansas. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in the award of a single contract. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The Solicitation is set aside 100% for small business. Award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous offer to the Government. The estimated number of sessions is One Thousand (1000) sessions for the base year and each of the option years . A session is defined as one (1) hour in duration. The contract period shall consist of one 12-month base year and four 12 month option periods for renewal. All other qualifications and requirements will be detailed in the solicitation.
