The Naval Air Systems Command has a requirement for forty-eight (48) NAVWAR kits developed under ECP 6315. Boeing is the designer, developer, manufacturer, and integrator of the F/A-18 and EA-18G aircraft in its various configurations; and as such, is the only known firm with the knowledge, experience, and technical expertise required to accomplish this effort.
