The 5th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for North Dakota State Radio Communication's North Dakota Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NDLETS), National Crime Information Center (NCIC), and the National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLETS) for a period of one year, plus one option year. Furthermore, this requirement includes the NCIC license fee. The 5^th Contracting Squadron intends to procure this requirement from a single source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) "Soliciting from a single source." The 5^th Contracting Squadron intends to enter into a firm, fixed-price contract with North Dakota State Radio Communications, Fraine Barracks Ln Bldg 35 Bismarck ND 58504-5247. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation will be issued; however, any responsible source that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement listed. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
