NCIP Implementation for Auto-Graphics The Department of Public Instruction requests a waiver of the sealed bidding process to conduct a noncompetitive negotiation with Auto-Graphics for the Statewide SHAREit InterLibrary Loan Software. This will include implementation of NCIP Services (NISO Circulation Interchange Protocol) including NCIP setup, message testing with library systems and innovative interfaces. The contract shall be from March 24, 2021 to December 31, 2021. The current base spend is $884,116. This will add a spend not to exceed $12,000 for a total spend of $896,118.
