Scott Hall HVAC Upgrades – Phase II: Project includes demolition and replacement of eighteen (18) existing air handling units (AHU’s) and associated HVAC controls. A return air humidity sensor will be integrated for active humidity control. Work to include ductwork and piping modifications as required to remove and replace existing AHU’s, control modifications, and a complete test and balance of new air systems.
