Provide a knowledgeable and/or certified trainer to conduct Level One certification training for (4) employees.

The training shall as a minimum cover the following methods:

•1.        Certification to Level II UT (Thickness)

•2.        Certification to Level II PT

•3.        Certification to Level II MT

•4.        Certification to Level II VT

Based on recommended practices, required hours for training should be:

•§          MT - 12

•§          PT - 8

•§          UT - 40

•§          VT - 8

Vendor shall provide course curriculum.

The training shall be in compliance with ANSI standards SNT-TC-1A.

The vendor will provide certificates verifying certification to each employee that successfully completes and passes the written exam associated with the training.
