The work to be done under this contract includes all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, tools, supplies, and materials necessary to prepare an existing site, install storm drain culverts, excavate sunken road grade sections, place and compact crushed aggregate, patch and pave sections with hot mix asphalt concrete, and other work. The work may also include, at the Governments option, additional crushed aggregate or additional hot asphalt concrete work at the site. Neal Creek Road, designated as BLM RD# 10-1E-23, is located approximately 4 road miles along Camp Morrison Drive from the town of Jordan, Oregon, in Linn County.
