Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30pm on 3/5/2020 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00pm This project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, and licenses to Construct an approximately 1500 SF stilted Transient Training Officers Quarters Building 301 at the Camp Ashland Training Site. Project to consist of site work and grading, construction of a Transient Training Officers Quarters cabin, with wrap-around composite decking, exterior lighting attached to the building and landscaping. Primary facility to be wood construction, one story on stilts, with a covered deck access.
