A Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk-Through will be held at Building 22, Camp Ashland Training Site at 2:00am on 2/20/2020. This pre-Bid Meeting and Walk- Through is not mandatory for all bidders. Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30pm on 3/5/2020 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00pm This project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, and licenses to Construct an approximately 1500 SF stilted Transient Training Enlisted Barracks Building 302 at the Camp Ashland Training Site. Project to consist of site work and grading, construction of a Transient Training enlisted barracks cabin, with wrap-around composite decking, a small amount of concrete sidewalk, exterior lighting and landscaping. Also project will address necessary capital improvements to existing utility lines (electric, water, sewer, natural gas) and sewage lift stations necessary to support the new buildings. Primary facility to be wood construction, one story on stilts, with a covered deck access.
