A Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk-Through will be held at Camp Ashland Bldg 86 Conference Room at 9:00 am on 4/20/2023. This Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk-Through is not mandatory for all Bidders. Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30 pm on 5/4/2023 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 pm. This project consists of furnishing all construction services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses and permits required to install a new 90 Mil 30 year EPDM Roof of approximately 7,226 SF and a new Standing Seam Metal Roof of 205 SF at the tower on Building 60 (built 1958) at the Camp Ashland Training Site. Project will include demolition of Barrel Roof including existing standing seam metal roof, substructure insulation, flashing, gutters and downspouts; demolition of Flat Roofs including existing modified bituminous roof, insulation, scuppers, curbs and downspouts. Project will include re-installation of the lightning protection system.
