This project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses and permits required to construct a 6,550 SF Transient Training Officer's Quarters (TTOQ) Building at the Greenlief Training Site, Hastings, NE. Project to consist of site work & grading, extension of primary utilities from adjacent barracks building and nearby utility mains, capital improvement of sidewalks and outdoor building lighting. Facility to be of wood construction, two stories with brick and siding exterior and an asphalt shingle roof.
