This Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk-Through is not mandatory for all Bidders Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30pm on 6/3/2021 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00pm. This project consists of all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses and permits for the construction of a 4900 SF Transient Training Company Headquarters Building at the Greenlief Training Site, Hastings, NE. Project to consist of site work and grading, capital improvement of the minor facility sidewalks, finish grading and seeding. New building to included four TT CO HQ spaces, admin, latrines, storage, and operations areas. Additionally there will be a gravel load out area to the north of the facility, along with a gravel parking lot on the south side.
