A Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk-Through will be held at GTS Bldg 100 Conference Room at 10:30 am on 4/22/2021 . This Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk-Through is not mandatory for all Bidders. Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30 pm on 5/6/2021 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 pm. The work covered consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses & permits required to upgrade the remaining overhead power lines on GTS to underground service. Project includes removal of existing overhead power lines, transformers, and building services. Service will be replaced with approximately 4,100 LF of new underground electrical service, ground transformers, and facility sub-meters. Disturbed soil will require seeding. Removed poles will become the property of the Training Site (Contractor and Training Site rep will coordinate storage site).
