A Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk-Through will be held at Kearney Readiness Center at 10:30 am on 4/28/2022. This Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk-Through is not mandatory for all Bidders. Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1 :30 pm on 5/12/2022 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 pm. This project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, and licenses required to remodel the latrine/shower areas of the Kearney Readiness Center built in 1996. Project will consist of removal of finishes, concrete, limited masonry and new construction of masonry, shower accessories, repair/replacement of interior finishes, painting, HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Estimated completion is 180 days from the Notice to Proceed.
