A Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk-Through will be held at the Kearney Reserve Center at 10:00 am on 5/13/2020. This Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk-Through is not mandatory for all Bidders. Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30 pm on 5/28/2020 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 pm. This sustainment project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses & permits required to sustain the interior or the Kearney Reserve Center (constructed Sept 1996) and retrofit of the RC Vault and supply area. This project will also include the retrofit of the old firing range into a new Vault and supply area. Project to include remodel and repair of finishes, walks, floors, ceilings, electrical, plumbing, heating and air systems, and all necessary vault components to meet contemporary security requirements. Project should be completed in 210 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP approx 1 Aug.).
