A Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk-Through will be held at McCook NGRC, 38709, McCook, NE 69001 at 1:00 pm on 2/24/2021. This Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk-Through is not mandatory for all Bidders. Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30 pm on 3/9/2021 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 pm. This project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses and permits to remove and replace the existing chain link perimeter fence for the site with 8' chain link fence with security barbed wire atop at the McCook National Guard Reserve Center site in McCook, NE. Project to include the removal and replacement of approximately 2,425 LF of fencing and all existing gates. In addition, the Project will include some tree/shrub removal if necessary and the installation of a mow strip around the entire perimeter. Project to be substantially complete not later than 90 days from the Notice to Proceed Letter.
