A Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk-Through will be held at Penterman Readiness Center at 9:00am on 7/26/2022. This Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk-Through is not mandatory for all Bidders. Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30pm on 8/9/2022 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00pm. The Project consists of all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses and permits to install a Backup Generator and the necessary related electrical modifications to the Penterman Readiness Center at the Lincoln Air National Guard Base in Lincoln, NE. Project to provide whole facility power to the existing 76,768 SF readiness center and 6,000 SF building addition in the event of a power outage. Project to include installation of natural gas generator, associated cabling, all necessary electrical modifications, and support structures to provide required backup power to the entire facility built in 1994.
