This publication serves as a notice of intent to procure FY11 Telephone System Maintenance from Nexus IS.  Authority for Sole-Source purchase is 41 USC 253(c)1) only one responsible source and no other source will satisfy agency needs.  this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation package is available.  However, all proposals received by the closing date of this publication will be considered by the Government.  All responses mut be in writing and may be faxed attention to Pamela G. Jones at (858) 546-7004 or emailed to [email protected].  This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.
