NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE:  The NAICS Code is 541511. The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV contemplates awarding a single source contract authorized by FAR 6.302-1 to ALOOMPA, LLC.  ALOOMPA, LLC created the current Nellis Life App with a repurposed framework that was tailored to the Nellis AFB requirements.  The Nellis Life App features are only able to be implemented by ALOOMPA, LLC as they control the back-end coding and no other company has rights to manipulate.  This will be a license renewal for the current application to ensure compliance with mobile devices.  This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals.  However, all responses received electronically by 4:30 PM PDT, 24 May 2021 that are equivalent to ALOOMPA, LLC will be considered by the Government.  A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  Any information should be e-mailed to [email protected] no later than 24 May 2021, 4:30 PM PDT.  All questions should be directed to Ms. Adriana Gamm at [email protected] or 702-652-9573.
