This is a SOURCES SOUGHT for NEO-PI-3/PI-R OSR SCANNABLE ANSWER SHEET for Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC). This announcement is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and Part 13 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Information (RFI); solicitation number is H92257- 24-U-0001.

The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is 7610. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 513199 – All Other Publishers, size standard 1000. The proposed acquisition is restricted to Small Business Only.

TYPE OF CONTRACT. The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

The prospective vendor/contractor must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for award. Vendors/Contractor must provide the following information in their submission: Unique Entity ID, DUNS #, CAGE CODE #, and TIN #.
