This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 will be used in conjunction with commercial items procedures of FAR Part 12.

Solicitation # W9127S-17-R-6026. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP).

Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, effective January 17, 2017.

This is a total set-aside for Small Businesses only. NAICS code is 334516, size standard is 1000 employees.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Little Rock District has a requirement to purchase and install commodities for the Navy Environmental & Preventive Medicine Unit Five (NEPMU FIVE). See COMMODITIES LIST for details.

The contractor shall install the temperature monitoring system and the water purification system. Both systems shall be installed by certified OEM technicians.

All other commodities do not require installation.
