The following hard maintenance packages will be procured:

• NetApp SE Secure, Next Bus Day Parts Delivery, Post Warranty:FAS3240A (Qty-2) Maintenance Renewal
• NetApp Non Returnable Disk, Renewal: FAS3240A (Qty-2) Maintenance Renewal
• Spectra Logic SpectraGuard Next Business Day On Site Support Option Year (Qty-1) Maintenance Renewal

Award will be made to Swish Data, 17 Feagles Rd, Warwick, NY 10990, CAGE Code: 4D7K5 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The NAICS for this acquisition is 541519.
Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes; however, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
