ACC-AMIC, on the behalf of the Joint Warfare Analysis Center (JWAC), intends to procure annual software maintenance for NetOwl for the period of 01 November 2015 through 31 October 2016. This is a brand name procurement for NewOwl software maintenance. A Single Source Justification - Simplified Acquisition has been approved based on the software's function and compatibility with JWAC's IT infrastructure.
NAICS - 511210, Size Standard -$38.5M apply. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase. Pricing shall be FOB Destination to the JWAC, 18405 Frontage Rd Bldg 1451, Dahlgren, VA 22448. Attn: Software Manager.

Specific items to be procured include:
1) NetOwl Extractor v6.9, Link and Event configuration for English with Smart Geotagging, Standard Edition (SE); One (1) Operational License with use restricted to operational use on a cluster of two (2) servers, for a total of four (4) cores, Up to 50 unique end users; POP: 01 November 2015 - 31 October 2016 - Annual Maintenance Fee.
2) NetOwl Extractor v6.9, Link and Event Configuration for English with Smart Geotagging, Creator Edition (CE); One (1) CPU; for development only (not for operational use); POP: 01 November 2015 - 31 October 2016 - Annual Subscription Fee.
