THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The 2nd Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for the procurement of the following service/ commodity: This acquisition is to obtain, by the use of other than full and open competition, Ventraq's NetPlus 6 TMS, 30 days ADC. This is a Sole Source award to Ventraq Corporation 704 Quince Orchard Rd, Suite 100, Gaithersburg, MD. 2 CONS/LGCC has determined that Ventraq Corporation is the only source capable of providing this requirement. The sole provider has no resellers or third party distributors and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This item/service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541511 with size standard $25.5M. This requirement is conducted under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to provide an equivalent supply/service as described above and rationale as to why they should be considered. Responses received will be evaluated and considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. However, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
