The 7th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for the upgrade of the existing NetPlus Telecommunications Management System (TMS) to latest JITC certified version and integrate existing GFE Avaya CM6 unified communications server with the upgraded system located at Dyess AFB, TX. This upgrade is to include a one year susatinment of the NetPlus TMS to Dyess AFB, TX. Please refer to the attached PWS for more detailed information.
