The Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a sole source purchase order to RSA a reseller of Netwitness in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. The organizations requirement is for the purchase of NetWitness Investigator Field Edition plus Gold Maintenance. The determination not to compete the requirement will be at the sole discretion of the Government.
