The Clarke County School District (“CCSD” or” District”) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide NETWORK DATA CABLING 2022 for a new Field House at Cedar Shoals High School. Proposals will be received by the Clarke County School District in the Office of Purchasing & Contracts- Administrative Offices located at 595 Prince Avenue, Athens, Georgia, 30601, until 11:00 AM (EDT) on JULY 12, 2022. All proposals shall be submitted via email. A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held for interested vendors at 9:00 AM (EDT) on JUNE 16, 2022. This conference will be held at Cedar Shoals High School – Football Stadium, 1300 Cedar Shoals Drive, Athens, Georgia 30605. No alternate dates will be available. The purpose of this conference is to allow potential Offerors an opportunity to present questions and obtain clarification relative to any facet of this solicitation. All Proposers expecting to respond to this RFP must attend the mandatory meeting at the time and location described herein. Late arrival for the pre-proposal conference may be considered non-attendance and result in rejection of proposal. Proposals received from Proposers who do not attend this meeting may not be considered and will be rejected. Please review the solicitation prior to the meeting. Any changes resulting from this conference will be issued in a written addendum to the solicitation.
